Request for Proposals - Development of the Climate Risk Finance Module (CRFM)

Extreme heat and urban flooding are no longer future risks. They are destroying livelihoods today for informal workers (traders, transport workers, and market vendors, etc) in Africa.
SOREX-NIGERIA is building a Climate Risk Finance Module (CRFM) - a digital platform that:
Ingests climate data (heat, flood, etc)
Triggers automated financial responses, based on predefined thresholds
Delivers rapid payouts to enrolled beneficiaries
By this Request for Proposals (RFP), SOREX intends to engage a technical partner for the design, development, and deployment of the CRFM Minimum Viable Platform (MVP).
Key requirements include:
Modular, hazard-agnostic architecture
User enrollment and identity management
SMS/USSD beneficiary interface
Payment integration (Nigeria digital rails)
Audit logging and data privacy
